OUR HISTORY & PARTNERSHIP

Harvest Bible Chapel Traverse City

Harvest Bible Chapel of Traverse City started with God calling and directing a handful of people to be focused upon the biblical mandate for the church to “make disciples.” With a variety of church backgrounds, the group began meeting in homes on Sunday evenings. God began to grow the group by bringing people who were also sold out to the thought of intentionally growing in Christ. Built upon the words of Jesus in Matthew 16:18, “I will build my church,” the first worship service was held on April 8, 2012 and by God’s blessing the handful of people continue to grow into a vibrant church.

Great Commission Collective

As a church, we belong to a fellowship of churches called the Great Commission Collective. It is an international family of churches and strategic partners that exist to glorify God by planting, strengthening, and multiplying great commission churches around the world.
